Go Live
Assisted Visits

Go Live Assisted Visits are aimed at young people aged 15-24, who have never been to the theatre before without their parents/carers.

Assisted Visits are suitable for those who require a more supportive and welcoming environment in order to make the most of their first independent visit to the West End!

We hope that these visits will help young people to increase confidence and feel they can join our Go Live club, where they will receive invitations to shows with tickets from just £7!

How assisted visits differ from regular Go Live trips:

  • Prior to the visit, there will be an online Q&A for parents/young people to ask questions to ensure they are as comfortable as possible with what will happen.
  • Supporting material/resources will be sent out to parents/carers, as well as to the young people themselves, with information on how to get to the theatre, what to expect, what to wear, etc.
  • One adult volunteer will be present for every four or five young people to ensure they are well supported throughout the trip.

Our next Assisted Visit

Wednesday 21st August, 7:30pm

The Play That Goes Wrong at The Duchess Theatre.

Tickets are £5 plus booking fee.

You all know the classic whodunnit story, there has been a murder at a country manor and an inspector is set on the case to find who the culprit is. However, when this plot is given to the accident-prone thespians at The Cornley Drama Society, everything that can go wrong… does!

The actors and crew battle against all odds to make it through to their final curtain call, with hilarious consequences! Do you ever find out who murdered Charles Haversham? You’ll have to see for yourself!

Experience total mayhem and enjoy the perfect slice of escapist comedy, guaranteed to leave you aching with laughter.
