Go Live Fortnight - Dance Class with Philip Joel!

This dance class is open to everyone regardless of experience. People with minimal or no dance experienced will be prioritised.

Please arrive from 5.45 – 6pm.

Philip Joel is an award-winning choreographer who started his career as a performer appearing in shows such as Fame, Hairspray, The Producers & Singin’ In The Rain. He also performed in many TV shows, feature films, music videos & adverts throughout his career.  

During the pandemic Philip created comedy viral videos which have been viewed more than 11 million times.

Philip graduated from Performers College in July 2007 having completed the three year National Diploma course in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. Whilst there he also gained his ISTD teaching qualifications in Modern and Tap. He is the Course Director and Head of Jazz at Platinum Academy of Performing Arts and teaches dance at various performing arts colleges across London.

1. This offer is exclusive to members of Go Live only. Please use the email address and mobile number we have listed on our database or your order may be rejected. Please do not pass this on to anyone outside of the club.

2. If places are sold out you can join the waiting list in case we get any cancellations by emailing andreas@golivetheatre.org.uk

3. You can only book a maximum of 2 places per Go Live member. Your guest must be within the same age range and ID’s are checked on arrival. Parents are not allowed to attend unless they are your carer.

4. Tickets are non refundable. If we have a waiting list we can try to resell them and then refund you (with enough notice, and minus the booking fee) – this is, however, not guaranteed.

5. If you are unable to attend the class, you must let us know as soon as possible. Failure to attend without notice might result in your removal from the Go Live club.

6. Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the class starts. Members of the Go Live Theatre Projects team and Youth Forum will be at the venue there to greet you from 5.45pm. Please allow plenty of time and remember to bring a valid ID proving your date of birth. If you are running late for any reason please let us know.
