FIND OUT MORE ABOUT OUR FAMILY FIRST NIGHTS PROGRAMME AND HOW TO GET INVOLVED...

The programme is a collaboration between each participating organisation and Go Live to reach hundreds of families across London. Whilst we subsidise the ticket cost and organise the logistics, we work with each referral organisation to identify up to six families to work with and to support in their first theatre-going experience.

FAQS

What age can the young people be in the families I refer?

Many London shows have an age recommendation of 6+, with most venues not permitting children under 3. Please advise the families to check the age recommendation of the show they would like to book.

I've missed the deadline to send the form to a family; can they still sign up?

The deadline for all families to submit their sign up form is Monday 2 March. If you have missed the deadline please contact [email protected]

We would like to pay on behalf of a family we are referring; how do we do this?

In the sign up form, the families can select who is paying for their tickets. We will be notified and get in touch with you to confirm the payment.

What access provision is there?

We aim to offer shows that have access support available (for example captioned and audio described shows). The family can flag their access needs on the sign up form, so we can provide the necessary support where possible.

How do the families book their tickets?

Once a family is referred and has submitted their sign up form, in due course they will receive a link to book tickets. This link gives them access to a dedicated portal where they can book Family First Night performances in May at the discounted rate. A step‑by‑step booking guide will also be provided.

What shows are available?

A selection of top West End productions will be available - details on the shows will be provided very soon.
