1. There is no dress code for the theatre – feel free to wear whatever makes you most comfortable.
2. Performance times can vary depending on the show, so remember to check your tickets carefully ahead of your visit.
3. There may be security at the door who will check your bags before you enter the theatre. You may have to queue for a short while.
4. We advise you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show to allow time to have your bag checked and find your seats.
5. Stalls seats are on the floor, level with the stage. The Dress Circle, Royal Circle, Upper Circle and Balcony are all on higher levels.
6. If you’re with a young child, you can ask an Usher for a booster seat (these aren’t available at every theatre).
7. Ushers and Box Office staff are on hand to answer any questions you might have throughout your visit.
